For the most part, yes. 9 times out of 10 we will service vehicles by appointment only. However, there may be times where we can do a same day service depending on your location and the type of service you are requesting.
-
We accept multiple payment options including cash, card and bank transfer.
-
You must be present at the beginning and end of the detail, but the time in between is yours. Prior to beginning the service, we will do a short consultation about your main concerns and then require access to your keys. After the service is completed, we will perform a walk-through to make sure you are satisfied with the job, payment will then be accepted and keys will be returned.
Most of our customers do not stay while we are working on their vehicle, but if you would like to learn about the detailing process, we would love to answer your questions!
-
In order to protect the safety of our staff and the state of your vehicle, our policy will be to halt the detailing service if heavy rain, lightning or other dangerous weather conditions are present. We will reschedule with you and restart the detailing on another day at your convenience. If we are able to perform the services in an enclosed garage, we will be able to continue detailing as normal.
If you are not present when rain begins, we will contact you via phone to decide what would be the best for you and your vehicle.

Yes, our interior detail includes steam cleaning of all interior surfaces, from the interior trims, to the carpets and seats, to clean, sanitise and breakdown stains.
-
Stains that are left overtime can permanently damage and discolour the interior surfaces. Therefore depending on the severity of the stain and how long it has been there will determine whether it can be removed or not. Even with our knowledge and tools, some stains can be improved but will not be removed completely.
-
Depending on the weather, if it is warm your seats and carpets will be mostly dry by the time we have completed the detail. If the weather is cold then it will take longer for your interior to dry. We always ensure to dry you vehicle as much as we can before completing the job.
-
We do not remove your seats as we have several tools and equipment to clean around them. Your car seats are a crucial part of your safety and we do not want to compromise that by moving important parts around.
-
We only use quality products on your vehicle that will not leave a harsh chemical smell behind. All you will be smelling is a fresh and clean interior.

Paint Correction
-
Paint correction (also know as a cut and polish) is the process of removing imperfections from your paint, such scratches, swirls, oxidation and more.
-
The results of a paint correction will last for as long as you maintain it. Learning how to properly maintain your vehicle's paint will ensure to keep a swirl-free finish.
-
A wax and paint correction are two completely different things. A wax does not have any cutting abilities, it is designed specifically to protect your vehicles paint against the weather elements, this can come in forms of a paste or liquid spray. In paint correction we use cutting compounds that have micro-abrasives to level and remove imperfections from the paint, this has no protective properties. Think of paint correction as extremely fine sanding to remove scratches, swirls, oxidation and more.
-
Yes, we provide ceramic coating services at an additional cost. After a paint correction there is no better time than to get a ceramic coating applied, as we always carry out the same process of preparing and correcting before applying a coating, plus a ceramic coating will protect your freshly corrected paint for years to come.

Ceramic Coatings
-
Yes, if you want to get the most out of your coating a garage is required. Ceramic coatings have an initial curing time of 24-48 hours after application, meaning that they can not get wet within this time. Vehicles kept outside within this time frame has the chance of condensation settling on the surface and/or being rained on. This will result in the coating to develop water spots and will also cause premature failing of the coating.
-
Ceramic Coatings have an initial curing time of 24-48 hours and a full curing time of 7-14 days from the day of application. DO NOT wash or use chemicals on your coating within this time as the coating needs time harden and cure, otherwise washing your vehicle will inhibit the curing process. We highly recommend to wait 2 weeks after application to wash your vehicle for the best results.
-
If your vehicle's paint is damaged, for example flaking or chipping, a ceramic coating will not help. Your only option is to repair the paint with a respray.
-
The biggest misconception about ceramic coatings is that they prevent scratches and stone chips. This is far from the truth, the reality is that ceramic coatings are scratch resistant, not scratch proof. They can help to protect against the finer scratches and swirls, but overall will not prevent stone chips and deeper scratches from damaging your vehicle's paint.
-
Yes! Ceramic coatings need to be maintained to get the best performance and durability out of them. Your coating will still build up contamination but will be much easier to clean and care for. We recommend to wash your vehicle at least every 2 weeks for the best results.
-
Wax is molecularly different than ceramic in such a way that they can not bond together. After having your vehicle ceramic coated, we recommend not to wax your vehicle and only use PH neutral soaps that are wax free. Instead use a ceramic infused spray sealant, which is perfect to maintain your coating and get the best performance out of it. There are even soaps that are ceramic infused that is great to wash your vehicle with on a regular basis.
